About the Managing Director and Principal Trainer,
Miss Zhu Yi

Miss Zhu was born in Shanghai but spent the last 16 years in Singapore. She was the first Chinese speaking franchisee and qualified Consultant trained by First Impressions UK. Seeing the enthusiasm of the residents in Shanghai wanting to learn International Etiquette to prepare for the World Expo in 2010, she started developing the China market 2 years ago hoping to contribute her knowledge and expertise in this field to her motherland.

She has utilized the teaching method and material developed by First Impressions UK. In addition, she has developed her own unique training formula suitable for the trainees in China, considering the difference in Culture between the East and the West.

She was the invited as the guest Consultant for Western Dining Etiquette in the Singapore Media Corp Television Programme “Lady’s Heart” in 2005. An article featuring her was written in the Singapore Chinese News Paper, “Lian He Zhao Bao” on 12 August 2006. She is one of the main lecturers for the Shanghai Jia Shi Institute, specializing in International Etiquette Training to train trainers for the Shanghai World Expo.
